Callan Collins is a dedicated Trainer and Mentor in housing maintenance, bringing a strong background in local government. Over the years, he has had the privilege of overseeing and supporting Indigenous staff in completing a wide range of daily operational tasks, helping to build capability, confidence, and meaningful outcomes within the community.

As a family man, Callan values balance and connection. Outside of work, he enjoys footy and fishing—interests that reflect the same energy and commitment he brings into his professional life.

In his current role, Callan focuses on mentoring and training others in housing and maintenance, leading from the front with a fun and charismatic approach that keeps teams engaged and motivated. He takes pride in creating a positive environment where people feel supported to learn, grow, and take ownership of their work.
